I am not happy with this office at all. I called to make an appointment for my sick cat and supposedly they couldn't find his chart. when they finally found it Dr. Evans refused to see my cat who is already an existing patient. Her reasoning behind this was because she said " he scratches and bites" ! I said are you kidding me he's a cat! Sometimes cats scratch and bite! I was never told at his last visit that he could not come back so I had no idea that there was a problem. My cat is not mean but he was obviously sick and scared when I brought him to her the first few times. I personally feel that this behavior is unethical and quite frankly pathetic. Seriously, this is a cat hospital! This person specializes in cats! Not only did she refuse to treat him... Which ok that is her choice... But she had the nerve to be rude about it! I told her I will gladly take my cat somewhere else.
The very best that veterinarian I have ever met ! Dr. Evans is caring, thoughtful, so considerate and very reasonable! I would highly recommend you taking your cat there and have recommended to many people to take their cats there! She is the BEST!
