I had a broken Casablanca fan and was told by Casablanca that I had to ship the fan back to HQ for service as there was no service provider close to where I lived. That said, they suggested I call Deal Electric although they were close to 100 miles away. The owner (Richard?) was unable to make the service call, but he spent a lot of time with me on the phone talking me through my options. He knew what part was needed, took me through the repairs step by step. Bottom line, I was able to do the repairs myself.
No only was Dean knowledgable, but he was very generous of this time to help someone even there was no business for him.
