Very laid back and zero pressure atmosphere , and a serious selection of vehicles made for an easy purchase. I will certainly recommend them to family and friends when the need arises.

I just purchased a beautiful Buick Enclave from Alex at Queensbury Auto Mall. I had gone to five dealerships before hand knowing exactly what I wanted and what the vehicles and trade in was worth. This was the ONLY dealership that did not play back and forth games or try and scam me. Not only did they give me exactly what I was asking to pay and get in trade but they also went out of their way to find me the lowest interest with out hitting my credit score and found extra features added in the car to throw in. Purchased, my vehicle online, recieved fair price. The customer service person Jerry, was very rude, and she did not register my new vehicle, numerous phone calls, and still waiting 2 months later. Her answer is always yup, very disappointed in the overall experience.
